Welcome to Vampire Hunter D: Twilight, a Vampire Hunter D-based Role Playing game.

The year is approximately 12,200 AD and thanks to the efforts of vampire hunters, the 'Nobles' have fallen from grace as humanity has regained some control over the Earth's rule. However, the most famous of all the vampire hunters, the mysterious 'D' has disappeared, seemingly without a trace. The Nobles have taken advantage of this fact and are attempting to take back what they have lost. Now, a race is on, between those who want to find and help the missing D, and those who want to make sure he never comes back...

Which side are you on? Will you help find D to aid him or destroy him?

Power Levels

The VHD: Twilight Power levels:

Power levels are our way of preventing "God-modding" or "Ubbering" in this RPG. Basically it works like this, every character gets assigned a power level by the Admins when their character is approved for play. This number is how strong you are in the grand scheme of things; so if you're a 10 and you pick a fight with someone who is a 12, you are going to lose, no 'if', 'ands' or 'buts' about it! This way characters can fight one another, but we stick to those levels like glue, so if you pick a fight in game with a character with a higher level, don't expect to come back in one piece.

With that said, here is the power level list:

1= Human children up to the age of 5 years.
2= Human children between the ages of 6 and 15 years.
3= Untrained humans between the ages of 16 and 25.
4= Untrained humans over the age of 26.
5= Untrained humans with special gifts. (Psychics/mystics/witches)
6= Moderately trained humans. (Basic farm-folk)
7= Highly skilled non-combat humans. (Basic towns-folk)
8= Robot Servant.
9= Cybernetic or Gifted Human. (Cybernetic or trained psychic/ect.)
10= Human Darkness/Beast Hunter. (The Marcus Brothers)
11= Basic Mutant. (Rei Ginsei, Garou, Gimlet)
12= Enhanced "Demonic" Mutant. (The Barbaroi)
13= Robotic War Machine.
14= Young Dhampir. (Under 150 years of age)
15= Old Dhampir. (Over 150 years of age)
16= Vampire. (Under 1000 years of age)
17= Vampire Lord. (Between 1000 and 8000 years of age)
18= Demon. (Ancient beings that predate vampires)
19= Vampire Ancient. (Over 8000 years of age)
20= Vampire Hunter D.
